A destination in itself
Guests are invited to discover the diverse portfolio of culinary experiences at Nina Hotel Causeway Bay — from traditional upscale Cantonese, to contemporary urban all‑day dining, and modern cakes and pastries.
At the heart of this collection is Ah Yung Kitchen, a Chaîne des Rôtisseurs‑recommended restaurant and sister to the Michelin‑starred Fu Ho Restaurant, led by renowned restaurateur Yung Yeung Kwong (Ah Yung). Known for its mastery of abalone dishes and exceptional service, it represents the pinnacle of Cantonese fine dining.
Adding a vibrant contrast, PARKSIDE@NINA CWB offers a contemporary urban retreat that moves with the rhythm of the city. From sunrise breakfasts to late‑night cocktails, its all‑day menu celebrates both Asian classics and Western favourites.
Nina Patisserie specialises in modern pastries and cakes crafted from the finest European ingredients. Guests can conveniently pick up their online orders at the hotel, adding a sweet touch to the culinary journey.
