    Comfortable Stay with Outstanding Service
    The hotel is in a fantastic spot - super close to the mall, MTR station, and bus stop, making it very easy to explore the city. The prices are really reasonable, offering great value for the quality and amenities provided.
    The room is spacious and comfortable, but what made my stay special was the amazing customer service. Amy was so attentive and made sure my room was always clean and tidy. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome, and it really showed.

    During my recent stay at Nina Hotel Island South, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Sammy and Roman. Their professionalism and attention to detail significantly enhanced my experience.

    The hotel itself boasts spacious and clean rooms, with high ceilings that create an airy atmosphere. The wooden flooring adds a touch of elegance, contributing to the overall comfort of the stay.

    Great housekeeping
    Amy was in charge of our housekeeping and she always left the room nice and clean with well made beds and plenty of towels. She’s extremely friendly and always had a smile on her face when we were talking to her. She came to our room and provided us with all the information about the dry cleaning service when we were unsure how it worked

    Excellent customer service to make another good long stay experience at Nina Hotel IS/HK
    My husband and I stayed in Nina Hotel IS Hong Kong for an one month long stay in November 2024. We know and stay in this hotel since it's opening. The staff of the hotel always very welcoming and helpful. Especially Fiona fron the customer service centre, she goes out of her way to accommodate our extra requests. Same as her customer service team, Freeman 楊先生，Idy and Cindy. The Concierge team, Jimmy and Fung, always very helpful and attentive. Also thank you to the FD, Kelvin Kwok/Kelvin Tiu to accommodate our late checkout.
    Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

    Stay and dessert
    Very nice hotel and very nice staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Helped us with our concerns. We had a wonderful time staying there. The desserts are amazing too! Reasonable price and very delicious. Highly recommend!!
