A stay of 28 consecutive nights or more will be classified as long-term accommodation and will be exempt from the 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax, in accordance with the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Chapter 348).

- Advance reservation is required, booking must be guaranteed by credit card or cash prepayment.
- Room rental for the entire contracted period will be charged per confirmed booking.

- All prepayment are non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
- Room change may be arranged as the Hotel goes through its room enhancement project, subject to availability.
