Nina Hospitality unveils its first multifunctional space, named “Nina Communal” at Nina Hotel Kowloon East. It is a club lounge and a communal space for modern travellers, locals, and residents, where eating, drinking, socialising, co-working and playing come together. Today, Nina welcomes our guests to book their stay on 1 October 2023 onwards to enjoy an elevated experience and special perks at Nina Communal. Complimentary access will be offered to all guests booking Corner Rooms or Suites. With a limited time offer till 30 October 2023, all other bookings require a supplement of HK$228 for one (Original Price: HK$288) or HK$428 for two (Original Price: HK$488).  

Nina Communal is a mixed-use facility meticulously crafted to accommodate the needs of our hotel guests. This integrated facility seamlessly operates as a hybrid between a club lounge and a communal space, thereby delivering a range of services and facilities suited for culinary endeavours, corporate gatherings, leisurely unwinding and playing, as well as co-working.  

With its open layout, Nina Communal provides an ideal setting for fostering connections and interactions among its patrons. Eco-friendly initiatives will also be introduced to promote the adoption of sustainable living. The spaces are designed to create different zones and promote social engagement, whether it is for social, game, or dining. 

First Debuts at Nina Hotel Kowloon East 

The first Nina Communal will be opened at Nina Hotel Kowloon East on 1 October 2023. With panoramic view of two signature landscapes in Hong Kong - Victoria Harbour and Lion Rock, the communal lounge is an over 1,900sq.ft. space located on the 35th floor where can accommodate 40 guests with a selection of privileges. Guests can enjoy breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant I-O-N between 7am to 10.30am; afternoon tea snacks between 3pm to 5pm; evening cocktails and light dinner will be served from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. An array of all-day refreshments with local snacks such as white rabbit candy, iced gem biscuits, our signature Nina Palmier will be offered on rotation basis.

All guests staying at Corner Rooms or Suites will receive a complimentary access while a limited time offer of HK$228 for one person (Original Price: HK$288) or HK$428 for two persons (Original Price: HK$488) will also be available till 30 October 2023 for all other room types.

Nina Hospitality plans to open Nina Communal lounges in Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West in Q2 2024 and Nina Hotel Island South in Q1 2025.
