Designed by RRIA Limited and guided by a minimalist approach, this Nina Communal features clean lines, simple shapes, and an uncluttered space that creates a sense of airy freshness and serenity. Its functional flexibility is ensured through the division into separate zones - The Hub, The Kitchen, The Lounge, The Den, and The Automat. Each with its own unique character, creating a sense of connection and flow.

With panoramic view of two signature landscapes in Hong Kong - Victoria Harbour and Lion Rock, this Communal Lounge provides a comfortable and functional area with all-day refreshments, local snacks, evening cocktails and light dinner. Complimentary access is granted to guests staying in Corner Rooms or Suites, while all other guests can access the Communal with an additional fee.
